Do you ship everywhere?
At the moment we only ship within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico, or overseas.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is offered on select items. Items are typically delivered within 10 days of the purchase date. Larger items will take longer for delivery
How much is shipping?
Shipping charges vary - Dependent on size, weight, value and packaging
Do you offer returns?
Chaibles customers are responsible for packaging and shipping the return within 14 business days after the return shipping label is received. Customers may not be reimbursed for returns that are not authorized and received in original condition.
For parcel shipping orders, customers have 3 days after delivery to inspect their item(s) and contact us at email@example.com if they wish to return an item. The customer is responsible for the outbound and return shipping charges, and they will be deducted from the customers original purchase price + taxes if applicable.
When contacting us to initiate a return, please include:
- The reason for the return
- Your return authorization number
- Chaibles order # (you can find this in your order confirmation email)
- Your phone number
- If the item arrived damaged, photos of the damaged item and packaging
Once we review your return request, we will contact you with further instructions.
Each returned item must be received in original condition. We reserve the right to deduct for any damage that may have occurred not related to transportation. A refund of the purchase amount, less any charges for which the customer is responsible, will be processed upon confirmation that the item has been safely returned.
To prevent disappointment and the risk of a return, we strongly encourage you to closely inspect the item photos and details. Please ask questions if needed, about the item to ensure satisfaction before completing the purchase online. Items should also be closely inspected before deciding to take possession.
All sales are final on Made-to-Order items such as custom game tables and a limited selection of other items as noted in the returns and cancellations section of the product description.
What if my item is damaged or defective?
We want everyone to be satisfied with their “Chaibles” , however we know that sometimes things happen and we are here to help. Returns for damaged or defective items is free.
Here are a couple of ways we can resolve your issue.
- Ship replacement parts (leg, screw etc.)
- Replace the item
- Issue a refund
How long will my order take to arrive?
Shipment is arranged through recognized carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS
Order processing is approximately 3 full business days (we're operational Monday through Friday 8am to Midnight CST) for orders shipping with FedEx or UPS. Please then allow an additional 1-6 business days for shipping time
Can I return my chair or table?
We want you to feel like every item is the best. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll help you get it sorted and have you on your way.
You can return most items for a refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.
There are a few items that can’t be returned:
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized items
- Bundled items at discounted rates, e.g. “5 for $25” (unless the entire bundle is returned)
- Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page
- Items you have already assembled or damaged
However, if your item is damaged or defective upon delivery these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.
Can I cancel my order?
Prior to shipping customers may cancel an order for any reason. Please notify us within 24 hours of purchase if you would like to cancel an order, as prompt cancellation will reduce the likelihood that you will incur return shipping charges.
Once shipping has been initiated, the cancellation will be considered a return, and you will be responsible for packaging and shipping the returned item, including both the outbound shipping costs and the costs to return the order Chaibles.
Can I exchange my item?
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different color, different size, or different product altogether, we are happy to help you with that! The process is similar to a return, and all the same policies listed in our return policy apply. There are two ways to exchange an item, depending upon your preference.
Before the return: To receive the new item sooner, you can go ahead and place an order for the new item before you return the old item. We will credit your account or the original payment method once we receive the return. Please note, you cannot use your store credit until we have credited your account.
After the return: Follow the same steps as a regular return. Once you receive your refund, use your store credit or credit card to place a new order.
Return shipping costs still apply for all exchanges and will automatically be deducted from the refund amount.
Can I use a coupon/discount code?
Sure, just use your code at check-out.
Most discount codes have restrictions:
- Valid for a limited period of time
- Minimum purchase amount e.g. $100, $150 (excluding shipping, taxes, and fees)
- Limited to a single use
- Cannot be combined with other discount codes
What method of payment do you accept?
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. If debit, payment will be withdrawn immediately.
Please keep in mind that fraud checks may occur. For security purposes, we may verify the address details with a third-party fraud check company. If there is a security concern, we may ask for additional information in order to process the order. This process is done as quickly as possible; however, on occasion, doing so may result in delaying the order.

Does delivery include set-up?
At the moment, we do not offer set-up. But we are working on it.
How accurate is the delivery date and time?
Parcel orders times are estimated and can vary when it comes to shipping times. Be sure to check the tracking of your order once your shipping confirmation is emailed to you.
What are the delivery methods?
We correctly ship via UPS, FedEx and USPS. Shipping methods vary by item.
Is there a way I can get my chair and table faster?
Expedited shipping is available on select items. Shipping price vary.
How do I place an order?
We offer two secure ordering methods so that you can choose the option that works best for you.
Placing an order through Chaibles is safe, easy, and fast. You can check your order status and make changes every step of the way using My Account, which can be easily browsed through the links on the right-hand side of the page.
Our product specialists are available over the phone 5 days a week: Mon – Fri: 8AM – midnight, all times CST. Contact us through the Chat link and we'll give you a call. We will not only set up the order for you but answer any questions you may have.
How do I know my order has been placed?
After your order is completed, you will be sent a confirmation email to the email address provided. Included will be an order number – this is your reference number in case you have any questions about your order. Please review the order summary to confirm your order information is correct and save the email as a receipt of your purchase. If you don’t receive a copy, first check your junk mail and then check My Account or contact us.
The shipping method for each product is based on size as well as the seller's preference. The cost of shipping varies based on the item size and shipping method.
For Made-to-Order items, refer to the product description for lead times and delivery window specific to your item.
Additional charges may apply in some cases. This includes, but is not limited to, delivery locations that are not accessible by road, require a ferry ride, and/or for items that require special handling or equipment to complete delivery.
